About the writer and this website

I read huge amounts as a child, usually the classic which seemed piled up in every corner of our old crumbling house in Highbury.  Today’s kids grow up with Towie and Big Brother. I grew up with Jules Verne, Rider Haggard and hundreds of old hardcover books, little of it published in the 20^th Century.

The result was a love of the strange, wonderful and esoteric.

Like Moorcock; I’d rather be a bad writer with good ideas, than a good writer with bad ideas. The ideas for my books and short stories, are based on a long life, mixed with an over active imagination. I firmly believe that reality isn’t set in concrete……
